I’m Mary-Sue; a woman with dreams and ambition. On top of being mother to an amazing human, a wife, a friend to many, a daughter and a sister, I am also a diverse learning teacher and certified personal trainer. Teaching is a hard profession and I believe that we do not give ourselves enough credit or take enough time to take care of ourselves. I have fought cancer, dealt with personal loss and hardships all while giving my heart to the humans in my schools. I have learned about myself and the gift of grace through these experiences. I am a survivor and since having cancer have added entrepreneur, speaker, Transformation Weekend Master Trainer and coach to my list of accomplishments. I believe in connection. I believe in truth.
