Our profession is loaded with meaning and identity; who are you outside of teaching? Who will you be when you retire? Are you contemplating a different career? How will you make meaning for yourself if you aren't a teacher. I'd like to provide some things to think about in a microscopic retreat not for kids but for us. This is a chance for you to be quiet for a while and think about you.
