In this era of “truth decay” it is vital for students to be able to discern what is quality information versus disinformation. CIVIX provides a plethora of resources for teachers to use in their classroom to help teach a variety of media literacy skills. I will share with you how I adapted those resources for the limited time I have in my classroom to focus on this important issue. You will be given digital access to my lessons, so you can create short daily activities or a full week unit you can start using right away.
