Learn to play guitar using simple patterns that even kids can remember. A universal guitar chart will help you learn majors, minors, suspended and 7th chords. You’ll be able to use these chords to learn pop, folk, country and classical songs as well as children’s tunes that you can play in the classroom. This one-time lesson will give you tools that you can build on for years and try everything from Garth to Green Day to Gaga. If you have never played before, this is your chance. You’ll even be able to try the ukulele.

Participants can use the skills in this session to play in the classroom or teach young musicians the basics for guitar. Learning to use a universal chart, simple patterns and common progressions will make your experience a positive one. One of the few things more rewarding that learning guitar is being able to share it with others.
