This full day session provides interactive experiences that illuminate the principles of self-compassion and mindfulness, to help teachers truly embrace self-care so they are at their best for their students & families, role-modelling HOW to be in the world, as much as what to do. Teachers learn how to create windows of peace and calm in their day, to be a peaceful influence in their classroom, to keep themselves healthy – mentally, physically and emotionally.
