Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
As we teach concepts such as globalization, geography, systems of government, and economics, we can use real-world data to look at trends, comparisons, and current and historical situations. Data sources include Gap minder, Wolfram Alpha, Wikipedia, and open data portals. We'll introduce curriculum-aligned (and Creative Commons) resources available through the federally-funded Callysto project, and help you get started creating and editing your own if you are interested.

Enter to win a $50 Amazon gift card by completing an optional Callysto feedback survey (http://bit.ly/callysto-feedback) after attending this session!
