We will be looking at a variety of recipes that can cover multiple outcomes across Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced foods with reasonable alterations.

With our current COVID 19 protocols, we have to prepare our classroom to cover as many outcomes as possible at once to allow students the best opportunity to earn their credits, while keeping in mind the attendance challenges that accompany the 2020/21 school year. We will be reviewing several recipes that can be used and/or modified to cover multiple outcomes and skills within one lab, while maintaining current health and safety regulations and managing budgetary constraints.
