Stories are not just about reading and writing. Stories motivate, teach, inspire, engage, in all content areas. Writing for comprehension as well as communication, is critical for future success. Lois explores how students can incorporate personal stories into subjects such as Math, Science and Social Studies as a means of developing deeper comprehension of content while strengthening writing skills. In this session, Lois will provide creative ideas and practical tools for developing strong writers and confident students. It's time to write outside the box. Q & A to end the session.
